Nastia

Hi, I’m Nastia!  I’ve passed my Junior Free Skate and Moves in the Field tests and am working toward my Senior in both. I’m a competitive figure skater on the Excel track and a medalist at many competitions, including the Empire State Games and, most recently, the State Games of America. I’ve been skating since I was three, and Wollman is where I grew up skating — I have so many good memories of being a student in the Figure Skating Academy here, and it means a lot to be coming back as a coach. This summer I taught at the Chelsea Piers skating camp, where I worked with kids ages 3 to 10. My favorite jump is the double loop and my favorite spin is the flying sit spin. I love sharing my passion for skating with beginners — especially kids — and making lessons fun. I also speak Russian. See you on the ice!
