First time skaters will be learning basic balance, proper falling and getting up, beginning forward skating and two-foot glides. The Learn to Skate USA curriculum provides beginner skaters with a strong skating foundation.
Youth skating skills classes run for 25 minutes with practice time during public session day of lesson.

Rain dates are anticipated in the program.
Skaters attend 10 of 15 scheduled dates.
No need to arrange makeups for up to 5 missed/cancelled class dates.
2026/27 Season Holidays, no classes.
Thanksgiving: Wednesday, 11/25 - Sunday, 11/29
Winter Break: Saturday 12/19 - Friday 1/1
MLK Day: Monday, 1/18
President's Holiday: Monday, 2/15 & Tuesday, 2/16
