Mia has been a figure skater for 16 years and a coach for the past 4 years. She continues to pursue her love for skating through the NYU Figure Skating Team, allowing her to keep growing as a skater while sharing her passion with others! She is a Gold Medalist in Skating Skills, silver medalist at the 2026 National Showcase, 2x silver medalist for Theatre on Ice Nationals, and competed in the Excel Series and numerous local and regional competitions. Mia loves working with skaters of all ages and skill levels and strives to create a positive, encouraging environment where each skater can build confidence, develop their skills, and express themselves on the ice.
Alongside her skating career, Mia has 15 years of dance experience, which includes 4 years of competitive dance and many years of recreational training. Her extensive background in studio training has given her a strong understanding of movement, musicality, and performance, which she brings to her coaching to help skaters develop their artistry and expression on the ice.
Whether working on foundational skills or refining artistry, Mia is excited to share her passion for skating and help every skater reach their full potential!
