The Skating School at Wollman Rink follows the Learn to Skate USA which is based on a progressive system of skating skills endorsed by USA Hockey and US Figure Skating.
Students in levels 2 and 3 work on forward skating with momentum, beginning backward skating and stops.
Level 4 introduces forward crossovers, edge glides basic turns and much more!

Rain dates are anticipated in the program.
January Session: Attend 5 of 8 class dates, January 10-Feb 28
No need to arrange makeups for up to 3 missed/cancelled class dates.
2024/25 Season Holidays, no classes.
Thanksgiving: Wednesday, 11/27 - Sunday, 12/1
Winter Break: Friday, 12/20 - Thursday, 1/2
MLK Day: Monday, 1/20
President's Holiday: Monday, 2/17 & Tuesday, 2/18
