Wollman Rink Access Program (WRAP)

Wollman Park Partners offers discounted pricing to increase accessibility to the rink, for those in need, through the Wollman Rink Access Program (WRAP). Every New Yorker deserves to experience the joy of being out on the rink under the skyline in Central Park!

  • Walk-up WRAP – $14 covers admission, skates and a hot cocoa. WRAP tickets are only available in-person at the box office during public skating hours (while supplies last) on a first-come, first-served basis, for guests presenting an IDNYC or New York Public Library card*. Special arrangements are also available for our community partners: Figure Skating in Harlem, Ice Hockey in Harlem, Green City Force, The Boys’ Club of New York and the YMCA of Greater New York.
  • Culture Pass – Quantities of free admission tickets are also available (starting in November) on Culture Pass every month throughout the season and can be secured online, on the Culture Pass website, in advance.
  • Community Days – Free admission for those who keep New York strong (with proper ID): November 11 – Veterans and Active Military, January 16 – Teachers, February 20 – Public Sector Employees, March 11 – First Responders and Essential Workers
  • Dollar Hours – $1 covers admission for all guests on Wednesdays and Thursdays from 7:00-9:00PM now through the end of March 2023! This specially discounted ice skating is only available in-person at the box office during public skating hours (while supplies last) on a first-come, first-served basis, for all children and adults. No coupon or special code is required. Skate rentals are $10, as needed.
  • Opening Day Free Skate! – Sunday, October 23 was a free day of exciting skating, on-ice performances, chef demos, mini-lessons, ice sculpture carving and more in celebration of the opening day of ice skating at Wollman Rink! The Café and Melba’s on the Overlook was open serving delicious food.
