Something To Keep In Mind: Peak Holiday Wait Times

If you are arriving during the busy Holiday Season, please be prepared for a wait time. Wollman Rink NYC is one of the most popular tourist attractions in the city, featuring an iconic view of the New York City skyline from inside of one of the world’s largest and most famous parks. We host over 300,000 guests a year, and on a popular day, waits to enter the rink can exceed 45 minutes. Due to the exceptional size of our rink, visitors may skate for as long as they like once they enter. Timed entry tickets allow us to stagger arrivals and balance our capacity so that as many people as possible can enjoy, for some, a once in a lifetime experience. You may arrive up to an hour before or after the entry time on your ticket. We appreciate your patience and assure you the wait is worth it!

Each individual must have signed a waiver form to enter the rink.
Please take a few moments to complete the waiver form BEFORE you arrive.

All bags are subject to search upon entry.
Exits are final – there is no re-entry once you leave the facility.
Tickets are non-refundable.

To maintain the quality of the ice, please be aware we periodically clear the rink for ice resurfacing.

Before or after you skate or while you wait for the ice to clear, please visit our concession stand for a wonderful assortment of food choices, including hot cocoa to warm you up.
